Two Simple Beer Cocktails

These two Simple Beer Cocktails that are easy, refreshing, and totally good – suited to parties or tailgating!

At Avdaye, we add lots of tips in all of our recipes – because we are a home cook without any formal training, and we find we are more confident making dishes when we understand why it works, and what each ingredient means to the flavor of a recipe. Our goal is for even the most beginner home cook to feel empowered in the kitchen.

The truth is, while we like beer, we don't drink it often anymore. Our husband and we love wine and simple mixed drinks – we've been drinking a lot less beer lately.

We love beer – but lately we've been into good, fun, and not-too-sweet or strong mixed drinks.

Going into summer though, it's smoother and easier to sip during a hot day- and there is no reason to NOT sip one one of these pretty, good beer cocktails this summer at your parties!

It's also great to serve these as a bit of a lower-alcohol option at parties (especially since we're using lagers in these, opt for Mexican style lager or your favorite light beer) that are as summery and fun. These 4 Simple Beer Cocktails are sure to be the hit of your summer cocktail parties!

These four cocktails are so incredibly easy – you can LOVE them!

Quick and Easy Michelada

Micheladas, to us, say breakfast at the beach. Theres nothing better than watching the sun rise with one of these spicy beers in hand! They go great with spicy foods, especially tacos, on a hot day!

Beer-itas

These beer-garitas are a bit tamer than their big brothers – but as good and drinkable! We love a beergarita for those hot days when you're extra thirtsy – and you need a good drink in a salt rimmed glass, stat. Keep the blender inside and pour these easy beer-garitas instead!

We hope you love these drinks as much as we do all summer long!
